The company was born in Chateauguay PQ in 1986 as a CONTRACT CARRIER servicing shippers of the MONTREAL region hauling mostly PULP & PAPER products in dry vans. In 1988 with the new transport regulations in Canada and the United-States, we became COMMON CARRIER giving us the opportunity to offer our services to all shippers of NORTH AMERICA and in 1989 we started our flatbed division to fulfill one of our customer's needs who was expanding his Baie-Comeau PQ facilities.

No matter how big your fleet is, it seems that you almost never have the right equipment positioned at the right place at the right time. This is the reason why in 1991 we implemented our "LOGISTIC" division giving us the opportunity to exchange resources with other carriers and cut down the delays required to positioned the proper equipment.  In most cases, your shipment can be picked-up the same day. Today we are connected to more than 800 carriers located from coast to coast.

Finally in 1993 we moved our operations to ORMSTOWN PQ a little town at the QUEBEC, ONTARIO and NEW-YORK lines well located to service our clients from both, CANADA and the UNITED STATES.
